Our team is dedicated to forging lifelong relationships with our current and former Advantage members. It is widely accepted that the post athletic career transition is an incredibly difficult time for athletes. At Advantage we aim to support former athletes in that transition.
Some of the resources we provide are access to a career aptitude coach, resume assessment and enhancement, interview practice, and finally a job placement and consultation network.
